Providing Assurance of Learning (AoL) through educational simulations

On Wednesday, May 11 we held this webinar where we discussed ways of evidencing AoL through business simulations and linked-assessment. 

We were joined by Dr. Joel Rudin, Professor and Assistant Chair at Rowan University who discussed his approach to AoL in US Higher Education.

We covered a range of topics and themes including:

• What do we mean by Assurance of Learning?
• How Business Simulations can evidence learning and skills acquisition
• Integrating simulations with class assignments and program assessment
• Enabling student-led learning and experiential education

The Webinar was hosted by Leon Lloyd from Edumundo and also included a Q&A session with all attending participants.
