Overview of the Chocolate Firm

In this Management Accounting simulation, student teams manage the operations and productions functions of their own chocolate  and confectionery company. They are tasked with applying management accounting models and analyses to improve their organisation’s processes and increase profitability and production performance.  

  • Suitable for UG and PG levels
  • Introduces a wide range of management accounting models for students to apply in the simulation
  • Develops students' accounting, team-working, decision-making, financial and analytical skills 
  • Introduction and training sessions provided to all students prior to operating the simulation
